Eg.:

Page: title=Special:Recentchanges
Feed link: title=Special:Rencentchanges&feed=atom

Page: title=Special:Recentchanges&namespace=0
Feed link: title=Special:Rencentchanges&feed=atom

(&namespace=0 is missing)

etc...

Applies to all special pages which have feeds and can have additional parameters in URL set via the form.
