From what I can tell, this is getting ignored with seen, labs-*.

I think that module for labs was deprecated, otherwise only some commands can be used using PM, such as @seen

Same seen with @seen (Hah, that's an odd sentence)

I made it possible to use seen again.

yes it's deployed.
