Description

Since Internet Explorer 10 has been dropped to Grade C support, we should update the warning at the top of Special:NewPagesFeed to say "Internet Explorer 11". This is similar to T130804, which updates the note to say IE9 instead of IE8; and Gerrit 347209, which updates the note to say IE10.
