Tranås has replied that they consider themselves the data owners rather than handling our data, as such they don't believe a personuppgiftsbiträdesavtal is needed.

I'm bouncing this with Mattias as we end up collecting the necessary data from volunteers which we then provide to Tranås (e.g. passport numbers).
