Hello! A few tasks for you first for ID confirmation:

  • Respond to this ticket with your wikitech username and your wmcs shell name
  • Add a file in your home directory on the wmcs bastion named 'reset2fa'

my shell name is physikerwelt and I created the file as follows

ssh physikerwelt@primary.bastion.wmflabs.org
physikerwelt@bastion-01:~$ touch reset2fa
physikerwelt@bastion-01:~$ ls
reset2fa

I've turned off 2fa for your wikitech/horizon account. You should be able to log in to wikitech, re-enable it, and set up a new key. Let me know if you run into trouble.
