Requested in #wikimedia-stewards (and T150618)

odder> Some wikis are overwriting high-density logos with regular (blurred) versions for no good reason, so I want to have those CSS rules removed

I changed the following Common.css files:

@Samtar After the change on Mediawiki:Common.css (Maithili Wikipedia) the blurred logo is showing. I request you to see this task- T149790

@biplabanand Apologies for the inconvenience; it appears that the current logo differs quite significantly from the HiDPI versions.

I've uploaded a patch that fixes this and it will be deployed on your wiki tonight.
