Timeline: change 'N time between interactions' to 'N time between edits'

Description

Problem

On edits like this the "N time between interactions" is misleading because they're not actually interacting with those edits.

Acceptance criteria

If the "time between" message displays between two different pages (e.g. this example) the message should read "between edits"
If the "time between" message displays between the same page the message should read "between interactions"

Would it be helpful if it was "between interactions" when it's the same page and "between edits" when they are different pages?

This solves a lot of issues in my opinion and it is being brought up in multiple places. And it will improve performance.
