No results are ever shown when viewing the recent changes to articles on my watchlist

Description

Whenever I visit the page that should show changes to articles on my watchlist no result is ever produced. This has persisted for a long time, always a blank empty list when asking for the recent changes to articles on the watchlist.

Here is the URL I get from clicking on the "show"-button on the view your watchlist page. https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3AWatchlist&days=30&hidecategorization=1&hideWikibase=1&namespace=&action=submit

Whenever I view the alphabetical list of the which articles I am watching they are all there like they are supposed to be but the system claims that no edits are ever made to any of the 429 articles I am watching.

On Wikivoyage viewing recent changes to the watchlist works ok.

What is your watchlist limit in the Preferences?

In older versions the limit of 0 was interpreted as "unlimited", that was changed and the 0 now means empty list.
(There should be a task already, but I have not found it right now).

The limit was an empty value, not zero. Setting it to 500 solved the issue and as there is a task already this issue can be closed. I've never touched the Watched Articles settings and at some point this started to exhibit but now the case is solved and Watchlist is back to working ok.
