Phasing away one of the mobile apps session metrics jobs

The table mobile_apps_session_metrics holds mobile session data that hasn't been useful in quite some time, will be deleting that job.

TODO:

- Stop coordinator in bundle
- Update oozie code (remove bundle and make it a coordinator)
- Kill/restart bundle to coordinator after merge and deploy
