Description

This task tracks the blockers for publicly rolling out the PCS CSS endpoint.

Target rollout date: Thursday 3/29 or the week of 4/2

Blocking MobileApp extension patches awaiting deployment (in wmf.27): (DONE)

Rename mobile.app.android -> mobile.app.parsoid and split up styles (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/419474/)

Blocking MobileApp extension patches needing review:

Remove enwiki.less (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/420375/)

Blocking PCS patches to be merged/deployed after wmf.27 is deployed to group2:

CSS: Add mobile.app.parsoid to base styles (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/419477/)
CSS: Update base styles for bundling (https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#/c/420904/)
