There is a commit to check.

Release notes are currently including a 1.32 change entry for 1.31: T189127.

But this change has been backported to 1.31 wmf29 and wmf30 weekly branches 2018-04-23.

If the backports are included, it would then good to have it in 1.31 release notes. If it's only the master branch without the backports at some date, we need to fix the release notes first.
