Why are we doing this?

We support pull to refresh on the feed and on article views. For users who may want to see their reading list synced, with the server, adding the option to pull to refresh on reading lists would be helpful.

Proposed solution

Add 'pull to refresh' on all Reading list views (All articles, Reading lists and Individual reading lists)
Pulling to refresh on any view will request a sync with the server
