Steps to reproduce

1. Go Settings -> toggle Prefer offline content to ON
2. Search and read the article United States
3. In the article, click on the other languages to switch to Traditional Chinese, and make sure the article is fully loaded
4. After changed the language to Traditional Chinese, click on the other languages again to switch to Simplified Chinese
