Comparing https://en.wikisource.org/wiki/Template:Css_image_crop and https://en.m.wikisource.org/wiki/Template:Css_image_crop shows that images extracted using are not visible in mobile view.

When this template is used on Telugu wikisource, we can see that the images are being rendered, but the extracted image is incorrect. Check these links (Screenshots to be attached)

This was an issue with the template. The mobile site will resize images for mobile view unless directed otherwise via a "noresize" class.
