T101949#1529954: Another wishlist item is to support the translatable attribute[0] on string nodes. Nontranslatable strings appear only in values/strings.xml and should not appear in other languages, including the special values-qq/strings.xml. This is different than the string @ reference syntax which can be optionally overridden on a per language basis.
