We should use the newer description parameter that is now available in the MW API since T184000 is deployed, in place of the old pageterms parameter that will soon be deprecated.
Consider also exposing the new descriptionsource parameter, possibly as description_source,
which clients can use to determine whether the description is coming from Wikidata or Wikipedia. That's mainly useful for clients allowing description editing.
