Logstash has some (very few) errors with Unrecognized value for parameter "action": readinglists., apparently because someone tried to use some /data/lists endpoint on wikimediafoundation.org but ReadingLists is not enabled for that wiki. Not a real problem, but it would be nice to remove the endpoints on non-SUL wikis.

This issue is that reading lists are disabled on dblist called fishbowl while RESTBase is enabled there and uses the default project. I would like to avoid having yet another special project for those wikis as this is fairly low priority.
In future, I would like to add some conditional spec elements, so that we would be able to only include certain parts of the spec if certain extensions are enabled on the wiki.
