The use of keys in extension.schema.json and the use of keys in "config" key in v2 should allow deprecation of some keys.
The deprecation would rice a warning on validation run of extension.json (using validateRegistrationFile.php)
(but does not give error to avoid blocking CI, because the valdiation is also run as part of the structure tests for each patch set)

Unfortunately, it seems like json-schema has no support for deprecating things yet (https://github.com/json-schema-org/json-schema-spec/issues/74)
But I think we can just hardcode them in the validator for now.
