Reasoning: I'm maintaining most of the Mid-Day and SF Morning SWATs for Readers Web team. Currently our team has only one person who can deploy code - only jdrewniak did deploys for portal. We fully depend on other teams to get our code/config changes merged/pushed to the production cluster which IMHO is bad. I'd like to fulfill that role and help with SWAT deployments.

I see I'm already in deployers group, but I don't have +2 rights in operations/mediawiki-config project.

Piotr has been with us over a year now and we lean on him heavily for anything backend related. I've been impressed by his ability and care with major changes we've been pushing for page previews.

@Niharika @MaxSem I don't suppose either of you would be able to help get him up to speed with the deployment process? He's based in Poland but tends to work SF friendly hours!

Deployment access for Piotr has already been granted in T148477 back in October 2016 (including approval in Ops meeting).

So this ticket is kind of a duplicate/re-open and the missing +2 in Gerrit is like a bug or oversight i guess.

Gerrit permissions are not typically handled by Ops. I suggest having releng look into fixing that part.

@Dzahn yes, exactly. I wasn't sure what exactly do I need. II noticed that I'm in deployers group and it confused me a lot as I expected this is the only thing I need. Because of that, I created this task.
