I had a conversation with a user, struggeling with his two-factor authentification and not getting any help from the interface. He told me that there is no link to any help page there, especially when he was trying to recover new tokens. he didn't remember that he has copied some tokens somewhere.

Create a link between the different steps and the central help page https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Help:Two-factor_authentication would be great.
