How many times were you able to reproduce it?

Steps to reproduce

On device #1, log in to account A, save 5 articles
On device #2, log in to account A, wait for saved articles to sync down
On device #1, unsave one of the articles

Expected results

Article deleted on device #1 gets deleted on device #2

Actual results

Article does not get deleted on device #2, it soon reappears on device #1 because we failed to update the default reading list due to readinglists-db-error-cannot-update-default-list error from the API
