Can't upload SVG files?

Description

  • Submit https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Commons_Growth.svg to Special:ImportFile
  • You will be redirected to the change filename page and get the error message There is an unknown issue with your filename.
  • Changing the filename will not work

This is probably due to svg being not allowed as upload-format on the testwiki? If so the error message should be changed and not shown on the change filename form.

I allowed svg on http://mwfileimport.wmflabs.org/ should work now. .... This task could instead become a task about handling these kinds of errors differently...
