[wmf.29] Recent changes: The apostrophe-quote in Tag description will be displayed as ASCII code

Description

  1. On the RC page with enabled filters, click to select Tag filters.
  2. The apostrophe-quote (') is displayed as ASCII code in Tag description (Special:Tags).

Easy to find examples on cawiki or frwiki:

On enwiki another example will be condition limit reached tag with the desctiprion: Edits or other events that couldn't be checked by all active abuse filters (help). Edits or other events that couldn't be checked by all active abuse filters (help)."
