Some sort of query interface wrapper/helper that can simplify the property -> skos:exactMatch lookups across wikibases to facilitate writing more legible federated queries

I think this task could use a more detailed example - I am for one not 100% clear what this is supposed to do.
@Smalyshev I think we couldn't agree on implementation details, so this is probably going to be discussed at the Berlin workshop, at which time someone will add a more detailed example & description.
Can you please elaborate? Who is we and where did you discus this? This task is very unclear in the description.
On the Wikimedia Hackathon in Barcelona we discussed the skos:ExactMatch (same as this task or not, that's unclear) and put a message at https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Property_talk:P1921#Generate_a_skos:ExactMatch_based_on_this_property? We gathered some input, but this is not done yet. Would appreciate more comments there and if there is some kind of physical meet up, that you discus it there too.
"We" are @Andrawaag, @despens, myself, and other participants of the Federated Wikibase workshop in Antwerp, where we discussed this, but not in any great detail. The discussion at that link is exactly the kind of thing we'd hoped to discuss, but didn't get around to. I made this as a placeholder task early during the workshop day, but I wasn't able to fill it in more because we never actually settled on implementation. I don't really have any opinion on the implementation, and the idea to use skos:exactMatch was formulated by either @despens or @Andrawaag.
I didn't attend in Barcelona nor will I be in Berlin, so I promise I don't have any more up-to-date knowledge about what is happening with this ticket :) I am referring @despens to the wikidata property talk link above, but I don't have anything else to add myself.
During the Berlin workshop it seemed like there was an agreement that every Wikibase should provide a manifest with key information about its properties, see T197588
I don't see much to do for Wikidata-Query-Service so I am removing this tag. Please re-add if there's more specified task relating to it.
