Description

New version of apertium-apy depends on apertium-streamparser[1] now. Also, when recompile, current version of apertium-apy is not working with newer version of python-tornado in Debian and possibly in WMF. We will hold to upload apertium-apy as of now, but we can go ahead with newer version in Debian to fix RC bug.
