It would be cool to organise our particular needs in a ticket system on wikimedia's phabricator. Raz and Sandra will know the particular need
I was here: https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/project/profile/3345/ - and the FactGrid project (a Wikimedia - University of Erfurt joint venture at https://blog.factgrid.de/welcome) was part of the projects presented. Sandra (https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/p/samuwmde/) is helping us with organisational questions at the moment.
Hi, I confess I asked for this with a look at future tasks (and while I am officially out of office for another 10 days). I am not quite sure whether the Phabricator is our ideal platform but we will have tools to develop and I was looking for a platform where I could list desirables - to be read by the team we will have to build for the FactGrid project.
I am presently extremely obliged to Sandra who began to coordinate the first developments. So maybe my step into this world was premature. We will have the clearer vision in about three or four weeks, when we have our data in our Wkibase twin, and when we will see what our tools are doing with these data.
The following points are of concern at https://database.factgrid.de/wiki/Main_Page a wikibase instance at the university of Erfurt and (and joint venture with Wikimedia.de and I am not quite sure how to turn them into tickets.
- We are using the regular query service: https://database.factgrid.de/query/ but we cannot present examples on our data (Wikidata sample queries do not work on our site) (this is our make-shift: https://database.factgrid.de/wiki/Sample_queries
- If we run a search we get "wikidata" results (though actually referring to FactGrid data sets https://database.factgrid.de/query/#SELECT%20%3FIlluminatenorden%20%3FIlluminatenordenLabel%20WHERE%20%7B%0A%20%20SERVICE%20wikibase%3Alabel%20%7B%20bd%3AserviceParam%20wikibase%3Alanguage%20%22%5BAUTO_LANGUAGE%5D%2Cen%22.%20%7D%0A%20%20%0A%20%20%3FIlluminatenorden%20wdt%3AP91%20wd%3AQ10677.%0A%7D
- Commons media files are not shown https://database.factgrid.de/wiki/Item:Q294
- Quickstatements (https://database.factgrid.de/quickstatements/#/) recognises input of the following syntax: Q18261 P77 unknown value P41 +1767-00-00T00:00:00Z/9 - but does not process the unknown value command.
tell me how we create tickets and I will find a better presentation - thanks
