So, how can the user follow what happened with his feedback or a response to his problem? No ticket, no responses, no feedback from the other side.
Either move the feedback queue to a discussion page on mediawiki wiki, or create a ticket tracking where users can see if their feedback was read and get answers for the reported problems.
