@WAN233, please help me understand. Which one of the below two is the case?
- Currently Special:Random always sends users to reviewed pages, but you want that it sometimes sends users to unreviewed pages.
- Currently Special:Random sometimes sends users to unreviewed pages, but you want that it always sends users to reviewed pages.

Thanks for clarifying. I don’t think FlaggedRevs can do that right now, so I created a feature request for it: T304935. Unfortunately FlaggedRevs is in lack of a maintainer, so I don’t think it will be done any time soon, but at least it’s now tracked properly, so if a developer wants to implement a new feature, they can quickly understand what you want.
