Investigate interest in wmfdata package among SWAP users

Description

I've created a Python package called wmfdata, which contains convenience functions for doing things on SWAP like running MariaDB and Hive queries and pumping the results straight into Pandas dataframes.

I want to know whether other SWAP (and possibly PAWS) users are interested in it, to decide if I should try to advertise and maintain it as a common tool.

It's become clear that there's interest among the Product Analytics team at least, and it doesn't seem worth looking for other users at this point while we're still ironing out the kinks.

I will at least mention this on wikitech:SWAP so it's more discoverable.
