Description

The previous wdqs service was using our caching infrastructure as SSL termination. The new wdqs-internal service does not and as such is only available over HTTP. We should add HTTPS support to the nginx already deployed on the wdqs nodes.

Some work has been done to standardize SSL termination around envoy. I'm not sure if that has been applied to WDQS. We need to check, but this might already have been implemented.
