Description

User story

As a data and storage conscious user, I want to turn off automatic downloading of articles when adding to my reading lists.

Proposed solution

Add a setting to the "Synced reading lists" section of the app where users can disable "Download reading list articles".

Note: this flag applies to articles from the time the user chooses this setting onwards - it does not affect stuff that is currently in the queue.
