I was editing talk pages to add the living parameter to WikiProject Biography and the automatic edits for one of the talk pages included moving {{image requested|people}} tag to the top of the page, which is in violation of https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Talk_page_layout.

It seems to work when {{WikiProject...}} is used, instead of {{WP...}} (as noted in the comments) and also as per the discussion at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Dreamy Jazz/Archive 1#Talk_pages_-_order_of_banners it seems also that it happens only when no Banner Shell is in place.
