Hi, the "Phabricator" software does not support merging users, as far as I know.

Which account would you like to keep? I could archive (but not delete) the other account.

In theory, one can use https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/settings/user/YOURUSERNAME/page/external/ to connect an existing Phab account to either SUL or LDAP. However, that requires that the SUL or LDAP account is not yet connected to another existing Phab account, which is the case here. :-/

I see that most of my activity is done with CristianCantoro, I would like to keep this. I think I can disconnect CristianCantoro_SUL and re-connect my Mediawiki accounts to CristianCantoro. I will try it now.

Ok, if I go (logged in as CristianCantoro_SUL) to https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/settings/user/CristianCantoro_SUL/page/external/ and I try to disconnect it I get the following message:

You can not unlink this account because you have no other valid login accounts. If you removed it, you would be unable to log in. Add another authentication method before removing this one.

ad, of course, I cannot attach my SUL to this account (CristianCantoro) because it is attached to the other.

Please delete CristianCantoro_SUL so that I can attach it to this account.

That's what I tried to explain in T193616#4174283. The workaround would be creating yet another LDAP account, link to that LDAP account from your Phab account, then unlink the SUL account from your Phab account, then link that (now free) SUL account to your other Phab account that you want to keep.

Please delete CristianCantoro_SUL so that I can attach it to this account.

Ok, I understand now. I don't like very much the idea of creating a new account to get rid of another account, but I think I will do it anyway to unify my main LDAP and Wiki* accounts.

And it's not because I'm too lazy to fix that for you in Phabricator - it's really that Phab admins cannot do that easily as they don't have superpowers. :)

I was able to:

• create a Wikitech account named "CristianCantoro SUL": https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=User:CristianCantoro_SUL&redirect=no
• create a Mediawiki account named "CristianCantoro SUL": https://www.mediawiki.org/w/index.php?title=User:CristianCantoro_SUL&redirect=no

I have linked the LDAP accout and the Mediawiki account above to CristianCantoro_SUL on Phabricator and finally I was able to link my main account CristianCantoro to the right LDAP and Mediawiki accounts.
