Hi,

I have changed phone and so I have reset my 2FA tokens and I can no longer login on the Wikitech wiki (http://wikitech.wikimedia.org/)

That's the verification policy that we have established (but obviously not made easily discoverable) at https://wikitech.wikimedia.org/wiki/Password_reset#Reset_two_factor_authentication
