Description

We have two projects for exposing recommendation types to users. The recommendation API repository contains a riot.js based interface for serving recommendations for translation, which is available at http://recommend.wmflabs.org/. The second project is based on React.js and is available at https://recommend-alpha.wmflabs.org. It's an effort to serve all kinds of recommendation types, not just for translation.

Evaluate https://github.com/wikimedia/recommendation-tool and either continue improving it or switch to using OOUI as the ultimate goal is to have production ready codebases.
Slowly phase out the riot.js based solution.
