[Design bug] The close button on the 'Create a new list' view is on the wrong side

Description

Problem

The close button ('x') on the create a new list view is on the right side of the screen. All of the other close buttons throughout the app (eg. settings) are on the left side.

Proposed solution

Move the close button from the right to the left
