Description

This task is about preparing the fourth and the last edition of the New Developers Quarterly report covering activities, metrics, surveys and lessons learned in the Onboarding New Developers program. This report covers April to June 2018.

  • Keep adding the activity to the report as they happen

Findings

  • Analyse the findings from all the metrics, timeline, survey analysis, and lessons learned

New Developers metrics and trends

  • Add the data to the report at the end of the quarter

Survey analysis

  • Shorten the survey
  • Collect email addresses of new developers from the month of March, April, May
  • Ensure that the Developer Relations team agree on the list of newcomers
  • Send the survey to new developers
  • Send the survey to developers who were not active in last six months
  • Send the survey to unfinished respondents a week after piloting them
  • Analyse the survey and add the results to the report
