@LGoto , can you update the template links that create tasks like these to include the Phabricator tag, and also tag requests like these with the backlog of the group in question (in this case Wikipedia-Android-App-Backlog )? For the latter, you can build it right into the custom links we made (though you'll have to have a custom link for each backlog if you do that). :)
