When overflow kicks in, it's not recalculated.

Chrome 66/MacOS

Can't reproduce using Opera 53 (like Chrome 66) on Windows 10.

Can you record a video? Maybe you're doing something specific to make the overflow "kick in".

Does this still occur? It looks like a browser bug to me that might have been fixed in the meantime.
