Use user provided subject as the subject of the mail being sent

Description

As a member of the fundraising service team,
I want to distinguish contact requests by their subject,
so that I can easily identify the topic of a request in a list view.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • The user provided value of a contact request's subject ("Betreff") is being used as the subject of the email.

Background:
Currently, the mails are automatically given a generic subject that is basically the same for all requests.
