I think we have to think in this venues for the conference and pre-conference:

  • Friday:
    • Morning and afternoon: University, some formal meetings with professors and Academia.
    • Evening: official starting of the meeting in Donostia Aquarium
  • Saturday:
    • Full day in Tabakalera, different rooms. We would need a minimum of 4 rooms for meetings and another one for organization affairs.
  • Sunday:
    • Group photo in Tabakalera and closing ceremony in Prisma.
