Support negatives for "hastemplate" to find pages in a certain category that don't contain a specific template.

Seems like this was fixed? The wikipedia search help page includes an example with a negated hastemplate filter, and it works as expected.

Edit: Nevermind, looks like I misunderstood this issue. I thought it was talking about negation of the hastemplate filter with - or ! not working. Seems like it's actually about negation not being possible within the advanced search GUI.
