Add en as a fallback language for pl maps

Description

A week has passed since asking the question for Polish Wikipedia community about English as a fallback language for Wikimedia Maps in Polish and a only single approval appeared there, but no other propositions nor opposing comments were added:

In my opinion it's safe to make such a fallback.
