Which resize? For small images? Or also for large images which would not fit your screen anymore so you would only see a small part of the images?
Also see https://mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_report_a_bug

How to hack?

See https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/How_to_become_a_MediaWiki_hacker . The Git repository is called mediawiki/extensions/MultimediaViewer

Something like $wgUseImageResize,for MMV

Why would you want a huge image that would not fit onto your screen size to not be made smaller to fit on your screen? I don't see how that makes sense?

I don't have huge image.

My images are the scan files of book, thumbnail is not looks clear.

Such as this page: https://ed29.com/wiki/%E5%A4%A7%E6%99%BA%E5%BA%A6%E8%AB%96_1/5

Does that mean that you only ask for disabling the resize for images that are smaller?
That sounds like T66520: MultimediaViewer should not display images that are embedded at super small size ?

Yes,stop to resize the small image.

I see. Closing this task as a duplicate of T66520.
