Find an easy way to organize the pages so that it's obvious to community members that they are annotation pages for Wikistats. Add a description to a new metadata field for this purpose (update dashiki annotations code if we're going to share files).

There may be more requirements than these:

• description
• category of annotation? Like, is it metric-specific, wmf-wide, maybe this is useful maybe not
• pointer to what Wikistats pages it might be used in
