Our movement metrics currently include metrics for tracking content size, community size, and new editor success. We don't have anything that provides a view into the health of curation and moderation processes and communities. We should add one.

There was a major effort to do so in fiscal year 2023-24 (T357465), but unfortunately senior leadership declined the proposed metric and the effort was ended.
