Description

A one hour class to discover the extension translate and know how to use it.

That session is about making translation of help pages and setup those pages for translation. This is not about translatewiki or ContentTranslation.

When: Saturday 19th, from 18:00 to 19:00
Where: Sessions Principals (Q1/0003)

Why not! That would be more interactive than T174718: Videocast Trizek's translation workshop from Wikimania.

@bcampbell, will you be around? As an expert, do you think https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:How_to_use_the_translate_extension.webm is good enough, or should it be re-recorded during that session?

@Trizek-WMF I think https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:How_to_use_the_translate_extension.webm is a good enough, but I'm available during that time. How about we stream/record your session and you can be the judge? It's not a big deal for me.

I went ahead and set up the link, but if you decide you don't want to record/stream it, that's okay too.
