Description

Steps to reproduce

Ho to Special:Contributions of a user that performed "hide" or "restore" actions on messages (for example, this one
Click on "hide" or "restore" link of any of those actions from the contributions

Expected result

A popup dialog opens to specify a reason and confirm the action

Actual result

The click does nothing the first time (there's a small scroll because there's a style change in the form). The second time I click on any other "hide" or "restore" link it works as expected.
