This is the file:

When I open this in Numbers (on my mac), the file is broken. Here's a screen shot of what it looks like:

I can reproduce this. It seems to be an error in fetching the file to download.

I copied over the exact same program details (date, participants, etc.) to my local and it all worked fine. I see from the production logs this is some sort of Twig error, so I got to suspecting it was cache-related. Closing as I believe this was fixed by simply clearing the cache. If it happens again please re-open.
