Currently the possiblility to create an article from another translated version is only available for desktop users. It would be great, if mobile users has this possibility, too. We, however, need to check if contenttranslation works on mobile :/

Ok, the overview page of ContentTranslation is kind of working (and looks already really good on mobile, *thumbsup*), however, actually translating pages does not work at all, so this task is kind of being blocked by T192067: Prototype ideas for translation on mobile maybe? I haven't found any better task for now :)
